I’ve got three exciting shows coming up in December! The first is on Sunday the 4th at The Bankuet Place in Richmond, Virginia and put on by aRtVA. The second is the Rock & Shop Market on Saturday the 17th all the way at the Motorco Music Hall in Durham, North Carolina. I’ll have more of my larger framed prints with me at both shows than I’ve had before, along with all my smaller prints and cards. I think there are some gift giving occasions coming up?

Lastly, for the whole month of December (or until they’re sold (fingers crossed)), I will have three framed pieces and ten unframed prints at the Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts’s Holiday Art Show & Sale.

Art in Richmond

Things have been pretty busy around here. At the beginning of May I participated in my first art show, at the huge Arts in the Park show in Richmond. I couldn’t have asked for a better show. My great friends from Itty Bitty Press and from Studio Eriksdotter were right next door and a minute’s walk away, respectively. The weather was beautiful, and I got a great response to my work. Most of the time I spend with my work is through a computer screen, so it’s really amazing to stand in front of beautifully matted and framed prints and talk with people all day. I’ve got a few more shows planned this year so watch here and Facebook for news.

Art Everywhere

In case you can’t get to a show or you just can’t wait, I’ve also launched a proper online store at http://store.leckyphotography.com. As of this writing, I’ve got nearly everything available that I had at Arts in the Park. This includes the unframed 8x10s and 8x12s of a variety of prints and 5×7 postcards. If you’re interested in a matted and framed print, just let me know.
